How does personalization work?
Just add the name (and any custom text) at checkout using the personalization field on the product page. We print it exactly as entered, so please double check spelling.
How does the color-changing mug work?
The mug starts with a matte black finish. Add hot coffee or tea and the design and name reveal in full color as it heats up, then fade back as it cools.
How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days, plus shipping time based on your location. See our Shipping page for full details.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each mug is made to order with your personalization, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Reach out via our Contact page and we'll make it right.
What if I make a mistake with the name or spelling?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if production hasn't started yet, we can update it.
