How does personalization work?
Just add the name (and any custom text) at checkout using the personalization field on the product page. We print it exactly as entered, so please double check spelling.
How does the color-changing mug work?
The mug starts with a matte black finish. Add hot coffee or tea and the design and name reveal in full color as it heats up, then fade back as it cools.
How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days and US transit another 2–4, so most orders arrive in 2–7 business days. See the Shipping & Delivery page for full regional times.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each item is made to order with your personalization, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we replace it free — just send a photo within 30 days. Full detail on the Returns & Refunds page.
What if I make a mistake with the name or spelling?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if production hasn't started yet, we can update it.
Are the photos really yours?
Yes — every image in the shop is a photograph I took, in San Diego, Switzerland, or somewhere in between. Nothing here is stock or AI-generated.
