Every item is personalized and made to order, so please allow 2-5 business days for production before it ships.
Shipping times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is personalized with a name, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part. If that happens, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and a photo, and we'll fix it right away.
